A:  Tender chicken cubes simmered in a yellow Thai curry (not hot) with fresh coriander, coconut milk, ginger, lemon grass, Indonesian soy

B: Chicken breast cutlets char-grilled and basted with a balsamic butter

C: Classic chicken leg and thigh “osso bucco” style, with rosemary, roasted garlic, olive oil and whole peeled tomatoes

 

Choose a pasta  [A, B or C]:

A: Spinach fettuccine mixed with green veggies, basil pesto, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and baby mozzarella balls

B: Penne con funghi - mixed mushrooms; mascarpone and parmesan sauce finished off with grated ginger and chopped basil

C: New style spaghetti with crushed almonds, chopped plum tomatoes, basil and pecorino

 

Choose a fresh healthy salad  [A, B or C]

A: Rocket and parmesan salad with slow roasted cherry tomatoes

B: Funky Greek salad with polenta & crumbed Danish feta

C: Ginger roasted butternut, sweet potato and pumpkin seeds on red lettuce with gem tomato slices and roasted red peppers
